Serradura

1

Macanese Sawdust Pudding! Yeah sawdust, the edible kind.

Whip up these three ingredients and you'll get the creamiest dessert ever!

And yeah what could possibly go wrong with double cream and condensed milk?! Whip the cream to soft peaks and then fold in the condensed milk. Voila! Your pudding is ready! Oh wait did I mention how much of each. Go for the 2:1 proportion(2double cream:1condensedmilk).  Now for the sawdust, you have to really powder any biscuits you have in the house (most preferably marie biscuits). Find a bowl or small glasses if you have any. Alternate the layers of the pudding and the sawdust starting with the pudding and ending with the crumbs.

Mike loves it too!

Mmm...Donuts!

Is there anything they can't do?
- Homer Simpson

I've been really so busy with work. But now I'm finally off after 15 days straight of work(I know I'm not the only one, am I?).

And since baking is my kind of de-stressing, I got to it.  My sister found this really cool mini donut maker and I was so excited to use it, so here the recipe!

Probably the most basic donut recipe.
All you need is;
8oz plain flour
4oz sugar
1 tbspn baking powder
A pinch of salt
6oz milk
1 egg
1/2 tspn vanilla essence
4 tbspn oil

Mix in all the dry and add the wet to it. Beat it to a smooth batter and all ready to bake, eat and bake some more and then eat some more.

Even Pooh has his eyes on them! Although he is wishing he had his pot of honey right now.

Do try out this recipe and let me know how it turns out. Happy baking!

Chapter One

0

Olá!

So I've sat down, pen to paper wondering what am I gonna write about in my very first blog post. Two minutes in I decided to take a short break(don't tell me you've never done that!). Made me some nutella sandwiched toasties, a really strong coffee & got back to business.

Hope you guys enjoy reading about my baking adventures as much as I love posting about them.

Like Robert Browning quoted 'The best is yet to come'.

Tchau tchau!
